Step 1: Place A Block

Step 2: Place a Redstone Torch Beside It WARNING: NOT ON THE GROUND ON THE BLOCK!!!!!

Step 3: Place a redstone repeater in front of the torch and one facing the block

Step 4: Put Redstone in front and behind the repeaters.
